I believe that with mutual trust and respect, I can help you reduce your struggle with internal and external barriers, abide by who you want to be in life and help you create more meaning and fulfillment in your present and future. My practice focuses on helping people cope and resolve their symptoms using an eclectic approach of evidence-based treatment models including, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Schema Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I am certified in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and in trauma-informed care and counseling. I am also trained and utilize the Flash Technique. I focus on treating anxiety disorders, trauma related disorders including, PTSD and dissociative disorders, depression and mood disorders, self-esteem and stress management issues and eating disorders.
