My mission is to help individuals see and experience life better than they did the day before. My vision is that seeking counseling doesn’t mean someone is broken or weak, although it may feel like it at times. These are the core values that guide my practice. In a typical session, you can expect to cry, laugh, and leave feeling heard. My experience is in working with children, individuals, and families. In doing so, the modalities that I use include cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy. I obtained my bachelor’s in psychology with a focus on Counseling from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Thereafter, I pursued my master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston,TX with a focus in professional counseling. In my spare time, I enjoy learning new things, and spending time with loved ones.
