I am trained in evidenced based practices as; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I specialize in Trauma treatment using evidence-based approaches like, Written Exposure Therapy, and Eye movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.
