I have experience working with a variety of populations, with a current focus on adults. Additionally, I am passionate about helping families navigate the rewarding journey of parenting neurodivergent children. In our first session, we will review your intake paperwork and any assessments that you completed before your appointment. We'll also discuss any behavioral symptoms, and I'll share my suggestions and strategies with you. At this point, you can decide whether to continue with the next session, take some time to consider your options, or receive a referral to another therapist. My goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident that I am the right fit for you. I specialize in treating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, career counseling, grief, trauma, support for families with special needs, postpartum and more.
