My approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, and integrative, combining evidence-based techniques to support emotional, mental, and overall well-being. I seek to tailor sessions to each individual, fostering self-awareness, healing, and resilience. My style is warm, supportive, and growth-oriented, helping clients navigate life transitions, trauma recovery, and personal development with practical tools and a compassionate presence. Outside of my practice, I love teaching college students about the counseling field and collaborating with universities to enhance their mental health initiatives. Creativity is a big part of my life—I enjoy linocut printing, woodworking, and mixed media projects. When the weather is warm, you’ll usually find me by the water with my husband and our two sons. I also have a deep appreciation for coffee, cycling, woodland walks, well-recorded audiobooks, cooking, and NYT games. I'm offering sessions virtually or in-person at 4 Market Square, Knoxville, TN, 37902.
