Everyone's journey is unique, you are unique, and reflecting on both your past and present life experiences can help identify and interpret patterns of meaning that lead to a journey of healing, personal empowerment, and achieving optimal health. A commitment to evidence-based practice and integrated therapy approaches is central to my work as a psychological health provider. My role is not to to tell you what your beliefs are or should be, rather to maintain a caring space for you to identify and explore the beliefs you have developed thus far, as well as how they may or may not be serving you.
