Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions

Introduction

Hi, I started my career in Clinical Social Work in New York City in 2015. I have a specialty in what is called psychodynamic psychotherapy which takes into account a person's family of origin relationships and how some of the patterns that existed in the early years can repeat through life. I have found that people who are struggling to feel a sense of agency and connectedness in their life can begin to make small shifts in how they relate to others and more importantly to themselves through therapy. Relationships get more fulfilling and access to joy increases. It's a brave act, but ultimately worth it.
