Introduction

Here’s what to expect in a session with me: I offer a space for you to come exactly as you are, no matter your gender expression, sexuality, race, able-ness, spiritual beliefs or lack thereof. My only expectation is that you show up as yourself. Trauma-informed care looks like respecting your personal boundaries on when or if you feel ready to address traumatic events or symptoms you may be experiencing. I’m always going to give you the hype you deserve—showing up and doing therapy work is challenging! We will always honor the work you’re doing and growth you’re making, especially on the days don’t see it for yourself. Types of therapy I offer: -EMDR is a great fit for those who are feeling stuck in traumatic events. -Walk & talk therapy is a great fit for those who have trouble focusing in an office or are at ease outside (weather dependent). -Talk therapy is a great fit for those wanting a more “traditional” therapy session where you’re talking through life experiences. No matter where you’re at in your therapy journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you toward healing and wholeness. You are worth investing in. And whether you end up in my office or not, congrats on taking this first step in finding the care that’s right for you!
