Introduction

I'm an Asian American therapist who loves helping people make the changes they want in their life, even if they're not quite sure what that is yet. People I work with are managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions, among other issues. My approach respects folks' struggles and invites them to move forward by noticing what they hope for and what is already working, even when they feel stuck. I particularly enjoy working with BIPOC folks, LGBTQIA+ folks and anyone who has had power systematically used against them.
