We all go through difficult times in our lives, which negatively affect the way we think, feel and act, affecting in turn the people around us. As a counselor, I help people to move forward and overcome situations where mental and emotional health has been compromised, promoting harmony and balance, and training them with the necessary tools for future challenges. I believe that Integral health is achieved when there is a balance between physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social factors, which allows adequate growth and development in all stages of life. For this reason, I offer a mental health counseling service with a humanistic and holistic vision in a peaceful and safe environment. I also offer Christian counseling. I am here to help. Together, we can identify what’s not working and get you back to balance.
