Introduction

Hello there! Does life constantly point you in various directions and you are frequently uncertain of which way to go? Does everyone including yourself expect you to be clear and strong? Is always the appearance of having everything in the right place and without fail essential to your position in life? We are our experiences and we as women carry a specific set of issues secondary to the not so good things that have happened to us. It is ok that these issues manifest themselves in trauma, moodiness, emotional turmoil and the inability to create stable relationships free of relentless conflict. I am a firm believer that we are our own worst enemy and the only person holding you back is you. No worries though, I’ve got you! You're resilient, focused and ready to create the life that you deserve. My sessions are perfect for anyone neglecting their own emotional wellness needs for the sake of others, feeling incomplete, defeated or unaccomplished. I take pride in working with individuals, families & groups seeking to understand their situations while in pursuit of realistic solutions towards long-term emotional stability. My clients are given the opportunity to reach their goals, display their creativity and express themselves beyond talk therapy alone! Life happens. Therapy helps!
