I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families in rural settings and am passionate about providing high quality, specialized care to those who may not always have easy access to it. My specialties include trauma, couples, and sex therapy. I am Level 2 IFS Trained, Intimacy From the Inside Out Basic Trained, ART Basic Trained, and Gottman Level 1 Trained.
