Work at your own pace with the goal of learning and applying realistic coping skills that fit within your life style with the goal of decreased symptoms, improved mood and overall day-to-day functioning. During sessions I utilized a wide range of modalities and align with treatment plans to fit your individual needs. Common themes addressed in therapy include complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, spirituality, peer relationships, work stress, parenting skills/support for children and adolescents with complex needs, family issues and career changes.
