I work with individuals, couples and families to develop respectful curiosity about their challenges, problems and promise for more abundant living. I also explore, when indicated, the roots to personal problems. My patients and I collaborate to achieve relief from suffering as quickly as possible, and when appropriate, to pursue deep understanding in order to accomplish lasting change and resiliency. I am a Pastoral Counselor, whose mission is to bring healing, hope, and wholeness to individuals, families, and communities by expanding and equipping spiritually grounded and psychologically informed care and counseling.
