Introduction

Paying attention to our brain health is critical! As a licensed therapist since 2000, I have worked with all age groups and issues. My passion is helping people get past the traumas that hold them back from where they want to go in life. I specialize in EMDR treatment which can be done in-person or remotely. I started MYnd Health, LLC, because we all have mental health and mental illness. We seek medical professionals for our body's needs. It's time to seek therapy for our mental needs.
