Have you tried to seek advice from family members, friends and spiritual counselors, to no avail? You can overcome these struggles, with the right tools and I am here to help, using an unbiased approach. I draw from a few traditional therapeutic techniques, in combination with medication management, to create a treatment plan to meet your unique needs. I have participated in a wide range of individualized care for children, adolescents & adults, across the life span, within the community and hospital setting. My professional interest includes adolescent & adult mental health and college mental health. I am a compassionate and empathetic mental health professional, who advocates on behalf of my clients. I have professional experience working clients who are navigating some of these struggles. I practice with great pride in providing patient centered, holistic and evidence base practice care.
