We all are constructionists as we attempt to build our lives. It is my desire to help my clients through any difficulties or struggles that are affecting your ability to live your life with passion and purpose. There is no doubt that life can be very hard and help is needed to work through those difficulties and struggles. It is my passion to help you reach your goals. I incorporate an integrative approach with pulls from a variety of counseling strategies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and The Gottman Method & Prepare/Enrich (For Couples therapy) in a very relational style during the session. It is my desire to address your interrelated domains (mind, body, and soul) so that you can bring balance back to your life as problems can have a tendency to disrupt your joy, peace, and desire to live your life as you want. Since 2017, my schooling and training has put individuals in my path to work with who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems (social, marital, and couple), self-esteem, self-worth, substance use (though I am not a substance abuse counselor), stress, and transitions in life. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families in an open and honest session where your concerns and difficulties guide the session towards solutions and healing.
