I work primarily with men and high-school aged boys, and I am honored to serve people in need in Sonoma County. Some of the qualities I bring to therapy are openness, kindness, integrity, and a spirit of exploration. Over the years, others have often appreciated my honesty, perseverance, and ability to appropriately challenge unhelpful behaviors or beliefs when the need arises. My personal life journey informs the work I do, and I am able help people explore their circumstances from multiple perspectives. I was born in Zambia, Africa, and I have traveled to 26 countries, gaining experience with vastly different value systems and ways of life. People of diverse backgrounds and cultures feel welcome and accepted in the emotionally safe environment that I provide. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a musician and artist, and I am active in outdoor sports, surfing, mountaineering, obstacle course racing, skiing, and photography.
