I love being a therapist. I have found that through therapy, I am able to inspire my clients to deal with life as they find it and equip them with the necessary skills to make it better. I also challenge my clients to move beyond their current ways of thinking and/or doing things. This is accomplished through the therapeutic lens of empathy, support, and a call to action.
