Introduction

I started in the helping realm back in 1998 when I began working with families at the Palmer Drug Abuse Program. I was newly sober and wanted to share my newfound recovery with others. I became fully licensed as an LPC in 2004 and have extensive training in EMDR. I offer counseling, coaching, consulting and psychotherapy. I come from an existential background and use many different interventions across a wide range of modalities including: EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, Gestalt and solution oriented to name a few. I love collaborating with my clients and helping them find solutions, helping them recover from trauma and helping in the recovery process from addiction, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues.
