I am passionate about my role as a counselor supporting my clients in their transformation journey. I create a safe space for my clients to explore their emotions, bodies, and traumas. We work together to figure out what is out of balance in your life and I’ll be there with you as you take steps to make sustainable change. Tools that I use in session to support my clients include mindfulness, DBT, movement, dance, and talk therapy techniques. My training and experiences support me in working with people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, who have epilepsy, and who have experienced trauma. I know what it's like to have trauma affecting me in ways that make my life more difficult. I've sat in the clients chair and figured out why I am the way that I am and have been able to make sustainable changes in my own life. Maybe I can support you in your journey.
