We will work together to explore ways to cope, find hope, solace, and joy even in life challenges and seasons of life. Your individual needs, values, and goals, along with my training in Clinical Social Work, will lead the therapeutic process while providing support and discovering solutions together. My focus at Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University was Clinical Social Work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and have been in practice for 14 years. I am also Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, working with moms through pregnancy and motherhood.
