Introduction

My passion, as a therapist, is helping adults come to peace, acceptance, and hopefully fall in love with their authentic selves. My work is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I utilize a variety of modalities and approaches based on what works best for each individual client. I am a life-long feminist. I believe in full human-rights, dignity, and respect for all people. I specialize in working with "spiritual not religious" adults including (but definitely not limited to) pagans, witches, animists, manifesters, healers, astrologers, tarot-readers, and empaths. You are my community and I am committed to ensuring that my work benefits my community. I am open, curious, and respectful of all religions and spiritual paths. I received my B.A. in sociology from the University of Oklahoma. I received my M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am able to provide therapy to adults in California and Washington. In California, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, license # 92096. In Washington, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, license # LH 61343166. I am not accepting insurance at this time. However, I am happy to offer super bills. If you’re interested in scheduling a free 15 minute consultation with me, please call to schedule an appointment.
