I am the Director of Wise Counseling and an empowerment expert committed to helping both individuals and couples live their best lives. My work focuses on offering tangible strategies to enable people to break free from unfulfilling life patterns - and to begin to create the life they desire, instead of simply accepting the life they have. I have an active approach the promotes skills building and addressing past trauma through EMDR therapy. EMDRIA Certified. I'm passionate about helping people recognize their own strengths, challenge negative thinking, improve interpersonal communication and carve out a plan to achieve their goals. At Wise Counseling, we are always expanding to better serve you. We now have more counselors, with more specialties, and offer night and weekend sessions as well.
