Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas. I began working with college students in 2011 and by 2015, I discovered my passion for working with individuals who wanted to improve their overall mental health. I began to receive intensive training in working with individuals who suffered from depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. My specialties include working with those who are survivors of domestic violence and sexual assaults. I also have equipped myself through intensive training to work with individuals who struggle with anxiety and adjustment issues in college. As you and I work together, we'll use the resources and strengths that you bring to the table in combination with appropriate therapeutic interventions to help you reach your goals. I take on the role of not only a therapist, but also as coach, advocate, and partner in helping you become the best version of YOU.
