I envision a world where people advance to their full potential through safe connected relationships. Together we will have the opportunity to practice assertive communication, set boundaries, make requests, learn emotional regulation, and build trust and confidence in a mutual relationship. I offer a safe, non judgemental place to address general well being and issues resulting from the traumatic effects of abuse, neglect, combat, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and other adverse life circumstances. I offer teletherapy in the states of Texas and Montana. I have special training in equine assisted psychotherapy, sandtray, EMDR and brain science. I provide flexible hours throughout the week to work with your busy schedule.
