Introduction

I'm so glad you're here! I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders as well as general mood issues and life adjustment concerns. I really enjoy working with young adults and young at heart adults of any age. I believe that therapy works best in a collaborative setting where you and I can safely explore where you are feeling stuck. Through self-exploration, understanding your core values and reconnecting with your inherent wisdom we test out new patterns of being to move forward in an empowered manner. It is my belief anyone can benefit from therapy at any life stage regardless of circumstance -- let's get started!
