Introduction

I am an attachment oriented, experiential therapist who enjoys working with couples and adults on all kinds of issues. I frequently treat issues related to attachment, trauma (ie intergenerational trauma, racial trauma, ptsd, etc.), and identity. I often work with clients who have a diagnosis or symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression or experience high stress. I also enjoy working with fellow members of the queer community and have a passion for providing an affirming and inclusive space for historically marginalized groups including, but not limited to POC, interracial couples, and/or women.
