—Out-of-network provider offering superbills.— Pain without meaning is chaos, so what is that pain and what does it need to tell you? Does something need to be different and you feel overwhelmed? Did you experience painful past learning or narcissistic injury? Does the meaning of life and future terrify you? Is it all too much and you just need to talk to start? We may not figure out all the 'why's; it's about not being alone with that pain and changing your relationship with it. My hope is you emerge more empowered, connected, and clear about who you are and what you need. How can I help while we're on this weird, little wet rock? I value education and include neuroscience-backed methods to inform an attachment-based, existential approach. Topics include anxiety, depression, relational trauma, suicide, death anxiety and grief. My training includes Brainspotting for specific needs and developmental trauma. Ultimately, authenticity & our relationship is key, with a little humor to boot. I look forward to being a part of your process as a curious witness and learning as much from you as you will learn from me.
