Additionally, for those of you here and not from here seeking an internationally-experienced clinician, from my experiences working with diverse international expat populations in Tokyo, Japan, I can offer specialized services regarding struggles with the expatriate/int'l resident experience. I prefer to take a proactive approach, teaching skills and strategies for reorienting to our world, to ourselves and to others in ways which lead to deep healing. I develop a tailored-fit combination of Internal Family Systems Therapy along with DBT, CBT, and attachment approaches, as needed.
