I provide compassionate support to kids, teens, & families. I believe in the power of open and non-judgmental conversations. I practice through a psychodynamic lens, which means we explore how your past experiences may be influencing your current feelings and behaviors, aiming for a deep understanding rather than just a surface-level fix. My goal is to support your whole-person development, not just providing a quick fix. By using this approach, I want to help you better understand why you feel the way you do!
