Introduction

As a clinical social worker, my approach to mental health is rooted in unconditional positive regard for the client. We identify your strengths and the complexities of the systems you are a part of, while holding a trauma-sensitive space. I view the therapeutic relationship as a place for empowerment, understanding and welcoming your inner wisdom, seeking calm and resolve, and being gracious with ourselves along the healing journey. Our therapeutic relationship is approached primarily with psychodynamic, accelerated experiential dyadic psychotherapy (AEDP), somatic/mindfulness techniques, and internal family systems (IFS) work. I look forward to hearing more about your journey and exploring the work we can do together.
