Welcome! I know it can be hard to reach out for therapy when you don't know what to expect. Here's what I can tell you: I am not the silent and judgemental therapist portrayed on TV shows - just a fellow human being, genuinely interested, and ready to take on the journey of self-exploration with you. I am a firm believer that everyone makes sense if you take the time to understand the context of their experiences. Together we will make those connections, through a collaborative process of compassionate curiosity. No matter how lost, disconnected, depressed, or anxious you may feel - you make sense. I can help you to let go of old, self-limiting beliefs and shift your perspectives in ways that feel more self-compassionate and empowering. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with the impact of complex trauma, relational issues, and shame. Wherever you are at right now and whatever you are struggling with, I am here to offer an affirming space where you can show up authentically and feel seen and understood - a space where you don't have to have it all together or all figured out to be worthy. And within that space of acceptance, we will work together to find a path that feels good to you.
