Introduction

I am a mental health and sex therapist who works with individuals and couples. The most important aspect I strive to create as a therapist is a nonjudgmental and comfortable space for the clients I work with. Going to therapy is a vulnerable experience and it is important for people to feel safe to explore themselves and their lives. I believe the reason we do what we do stems from our trying to survive the environment and broader society we grew up in. And that we can begin to try something new when we recognize where thoughts, behaviors, and attitudes serve us and harm us. I have experience working with individuals and couples. I am kink knowledgeable and have experience working with open/poly relationships.
