Introduction

It’s so nice to “meet” you! I’ve been helping people in Massachusetts develop a deeper sense of connection and balance in their lives through therapy for 8 years. I use an eclectic mix of talk and expressive therapeutic techniques and am passionate that mindfulness and telling your story are powerful tools for healing. I combine creativity and collaboration with a sincerely warm spirit in every session. You are always welcome to come as you are when you're in my care. (Really. Even late. In sweats. Eating your lunch.) I provide therapy services entirely online through confidential Telehealth platforms. Telehealth can be a game-changer if your schedule is tight and the idea of driving to another appointment is tough to swing. Mental health care (all health care, really) should be radically accessible. Telehealth may be a good fit for you if you can picture having a session while on your lunch break in a quiet spot, or while your kid naps in the next room (yay, no car seat struggles!). If you’re looking for someone to hold a clipboard and quietly take notes in your session, I’m probably not your dream therapist. But if you're living with anxiety and motivated to feel better, are struggling with the pressure and chaos of parenthood or postpartum; if you’re really trying to find a deeper sense of purpose and joy in your life or are aching to finally grow out of old patterns that have been holding you back for what seems like forever - let's talk. *** Also! My therapeutic work is rooted in a deep reverence for the human spirit, and a belief that all our wellness is interconnected. For this reason I view social justice advocacy as an essential practice outside the therapy office, and recognize anti-racism as a verb.
