If you're looking to improve your well being or looking for support/guidance through a difficult situation or time in your life, I am here to help you. I have a passion for helping people work through the road blocks of their life. Whether it be working through grief, trauma, anxiety, communication skills, etc, therapy is an outlet to open up and talk about things that you might not feel comfortable talking about with another person. While there are always going to be obstacles that come about in life, I am a believer that everyone has the ability to overcome the struggles that may show up in ones life. I specialize in treatments for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. Throughout my educational training, I have learned the importance of helping clients find their inner strength in combating issues they may be having, as well as developing their outer support systems to help them achieve spiritual and emotional wellness. During the first session, I will work with the client to identify and develop goals for therapy and create a roadmap to achieving those goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families and I am a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator for marital and pre-marital counseling. I am available to see clients during the day or evening, including Saturdays.
