Introduction

In therapy, I see you as the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—offering support, guidance, and perspective as you begin or continue your healing journey. I take an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This means I tailor sessions to fit your needs as they shift, blending evidence-based tools with compassionate, personalized care. I specialize in working with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and LGBTQ+ concerns. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop practical skills that lead to lasting, meaningful change. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I understand how vulnerable it can be. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered—just as you are.
