Compassion is a human instinct. Compassion creates connection. Humans need and deserve healthy, loving, and meaningful connection. As a licensed professional counselor and art therapist, I can help guide you toward your goals using both verbal and non-verbal techniques. Art therapy can be used as a primary form of therapy or as a supplement to regular talk psychotherapy. Art therapy is a therapeutic technique where art, the process of creating art, and reflection on the final product can help in the understanding of emotional experiences. Teletherapy is also offered to reduce barriers to accessing support. I would be honored to hear your story and work with you on your personal journey to self-acceptance and understanding. All you have to do is connect. The most important thing is that you find a connection safe from judgement and full of compassion.
