Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specific experience working with adolescents and young adults. I enjoy talking through the life changes that this demographic goes through, the mental health struggles that come with those changes, and how it affects all of their relationships. I primarily focus on treating anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. I do this with an eclectic approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered therapy. I enjoy integrating different approaches when helping clients because I believe that therapy is not "one size fits all". I believe the best type of therapy takes into consideration the whole self, and this can look different for everyone.
