I am a NY Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I utilize evidence-based treatments to address your concerns including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, maternal mental health, addiction, relationship issues, stress management, ADHD and OCD. I offer a collaborative and supportive setting to promote your emotional wellness, and help you achieve change, to restore a sense of peace and wholeness. I am also licensed in TX, NJ, PA, NC and IN, and I am registered for Telehealth in FL. The journey to discovering your emotional wellness and wholesomeness is not one that you have to do alone. Together we can implement the solutions that are right for you, to empower you to become the best version of yourself.
