Introduction

I am an LMHC that works with clients from the first contact. I am a compassionate, empathic and supportive therapist. I grew in my clinical skills through years of practice with all clients, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability. I am bilingual (English & Spanish). I use various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment, TRI (Traumatic Incident Reduction), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapies. I firmly believe that we have multiple layers to our problems; therefore, our solutions need to come from various therapeutic approaches.
