I believe the most important factor in being successful in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I create a non-judgmental, safe space in order for you to share your life experiences, emotions, and beliefs with me. Together, we will work toward learning to manage your anxiety, depression, or stress, as well as rationally work through your emotions and beliefs, communication skills, and create healthy boundaries. With your agreement, our sessions may involve journaling, reading or other homework to help you reach your goals. I also like to encourage mindfulness practices as it can improve overall well-being. By challenging, educating and supporting my clients I strive to help others grow and walk beside them in their journey to create happy and healthy lives.
