Introduction

A genuine, relational-systemic perspective characterizes my approach to therapy. I emphasize open communication, respect, and honest curiosity in building professional relationships with my clients and tailor individualized care inclusive of the Spanish-speaking community. My office is a judgment-free zone. Nobody has their life 100% together. Not even me. I believe it is a beautiful part of being human to allow oneself to grow and learn while embracing the unknown, the possibility of failing miserably, and being seen for who we are, as we are. This can feel uncomfortable but can be freeing and wonderful at the same time. I bring my authentic self to treatment and have a record of building quick connections with patients, facilitating a therapeutic connection and change. You are the expert on yourself, your experiences, and how they affect you, and we will explore cognitive distortions and challenging emotions together. My practice is rooted in a genuine passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of being human. I'm dedicated to fostering positive change, promoting inclusivity, and contributing meaningfully to your care.
