I believe that therapy is for any and every person, and my hope is to help you on your therapeutic journey of relief and growth. My goal is to meet you where you're at on your journey, by recognizing and understanding your reasons for coming to therapy. I work from a person-centered framework, while including principles from other treatment modalities such as DBT, ACT, the Gottman Method & CBT. I base my treatment style on the needs of each client, creating unique treatment plans tailored to each individual person. In my practice, I strive to create a safe, warm environment where you, the client, will feel welcomed to be yourself and explore who you are. I place strong value on human connection, and have a genuine curiosity about people and what makes you who you are. I view therapy as a journey of growth, and would love to have the privilege of working with you.
