I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, certified in perinatal mental health, and trained in EMDR. As a bereaved parent, and a mother by birth and surrogacy, I am no stranger to the complex emotions that one may experience as they navigate their journey to and through parenthood. It is my goal to create a safe space where all emotions and experiences are welcome and valid, and to make my clients feel heard and cared for. I earned my masters from Pepperdine University. I began my journey working in the perinatal space as a postpartum doula before I transitioned to becoming a therapist. In 2023, I lost my middle daughter, Saachi. Since then, in addition to helping women navigate their parenthood journey, I have a special passion for working with individuals walking through grief and child loss. I use a variety of modalities in my work, including CBT, narrative therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques. I’m also an avid reader and writer, and love to incorporate reading and writing into my sessions.
