Introduction

I provide individuals, couples, and families a warm and caring space to walk through challenges and toward meaningful change. In this process we will understand your strengths and equip you with what is needed for your growth journey. People who work with me tend to be those who are looking for help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, marital challenges, family challenges, life transitions, cross-cultural living challenges, boundaries, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, and faith/spirituality. I have Gottman Level 2 and ADHD specialized training. Typically, I use an integrative approach drawing from CBT, narrative, EFT, IFS, and trauma informed care. I have experience working with a variety of people with diverse backgrounds as well as ministry leaders and their families. Upon your request, I can provide a Christian integrative approach to your counseling. I've helped many people overcome struggles and make a path forward. If you're hoping to enter a caring space with your challenges and find movement forward, message me to set up a call to find out if we are a good fit to work together.
