Introduction

A growing number of women are courageously challenging the status quo of unsatisfying, unhealthy, and even abusive relationships. They are reevaluating their connections with partners, parents, bosses, and friends, asking themselves, "Is this what I want? Is this helping or hurting me? What should I do?" This profound self-examination extends to our relationships with our own bodies, food, substances, money, community, and society as a whole. If these questions and the discomfort within your body have left you exhausted, merely struggling to survive each day without a clear path forward, consider allowing me to join you as a companion, guide, and cheerleader on your journey. With over a decade of clinical experience and a robust toolkit of therapy modalities and techniques, I can help you put the past behind you, feel more present and joyful in the moment, and embrace a future you create with intention and integrity. I utilize and integrate several therapeutic tools, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), somatic approaches (body-focused), IFS (Internal Family Systems or Parts Work), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and mindfulness, to name a few. Most importantly, I will be human with you, offering a space where you can be human with me. I will listen and hold space for you as you work through your past and present struggles. I offer teletherapy and remote EMDR in Illinois and Connecticut. For those in the Chicago area, I also provide in-person sessions, including walk & talk and concierge therapy. If you’re ready to reclaim yourself, reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation. I can't wait to meet you!
