Introduction

I hold a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado. I received my bachelor’s degree in human services from Elon University and my master's degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Southern California (USC). Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse therapeutic environments, aiding my clients in their path to wellness, healing, and self-exploration. My expertise in treating eating disorders and mood & anxiety disorders stems from my extensive experience at a well-known treatment center. I specialize in working with individuals diagnosed with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and unexpected life twists & turns. I also have advanced training in Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) which I use when working with families. I provide individual and family counseling both virtually and in-person at my conveniently located office in the Denver Tech Center. Treatment Modalities: • Solution-Focused • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) • Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT)
