Introduction

A Little About Me: I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health. I'm also a mother, a daughter, a wife, and sister. I personally know the distress and the magic that comes with the transition into motherhood. My own journey has allowed me to appreciate that taking this next step can feel challenging. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space to process your new identity as a mother, as well as provide support for those with infertility and perinatal loss. I believe that when we honor the whole-body perspective (mind, body and spirit) during recovery, it can elicit meaningful and powerful change.
