My specialty is working with trauma in any capacity. Trauma has been defined as any adverse experience causing havoc in relationships and other aspects of daily life. Given this broad definition, it allows me to work with those affected by anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. I find great value in helping you find an improved sense of self through relationship and the use of many different therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Collaboration, creativity, and fun will be integral in our work.
